Exhibitor Registration

The MCSS Annual Conference is a professional development opportunity for Minnesota social studies teachers of all grade levels. The conference includes speakers and engaging sessions on disciplines and strategies. This year's conference will be held at Minnesota Historical Society - St. Paul, MN Monday February 22, 2027

The Minnesota Historical Society in St. Paul will be open to exhibitors to set up starting at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, February 22, 2027.

Dedicated exhibitor time for the conference attendees will last approximately two hours.

We also welcome exhibitors to network with leading educators from around that region at our Social Studies Social on Friday evening, February 20, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. followed by trivia night at the Minnesota Humanities Center in St. Paul. You can register for the Social along with your exhibitor registration.

**Exhibitors who would like to be included in the conference program must register by Friday, January 22, 2027.**

Exhibitor registration closes Friday, February 5, 2027.

Payment: You may pay online with a major credit card or send a check payable to MCSS to: Cassandra Samuelson, 19279 Dodge Street NW Elk River, MN 55330. All exhibitor spaces must be paid by February 15, 2027.

Cancellations: Full refunds will be issued for notifications of cancellation received on or before February 5, 2027. No refund will be issued in the event of cancellation on or after February 5, 2027.
